We are looking for a Quality Coordinator who enjoys teamwork, appreciates order and structure, takes initiative, and finds excitement in a dynamic environment. We are looking for someone who is engaged, curious, and likes to take responsibility, someone who wants to step in and support our already highly skilled quality department during parental leave.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and managing internal deviations together with production
• Analyzing and coordinating customer complaints
• Conducting quick process audits
• Working practically in the laboratory with routine testing of cables and analysis of deviations.
• Compiling and reporting statistics and following up on KPIs.
• Supporting the update of the management system

We believe it is important that you have:

• A post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., YH/University).
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English

We think it is an advantage if you have:

• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• The ability to lead by example and engage in discussions.
• Strong self-motivation and enjoy taking initiative
• Experience from previous work in a lab or quality

This position is a full-time temporary contract for 9 months starting on 2026-04-01.

Monthly salary: 30,000 SEK
